These positions involve overseeing and managing both Civil and SMP works in construction projects and offer both DIDO and FIFO opportunities. Our Senior Project Engineers are responsible for leading the project field engineering team and managing the interface with procurement and construction to ensure project completion within time and cost constraints, achieving all project outcomes.The Role Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage Civil and SMP scopes across construction projects Supervise field engineering teams to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery Coordinate with procurement, construction, and client representatives to meet project milestones Maintain compliance with time, cost, quality, and contractual requirements Oversee technical documentation, inspections, and deviation approvals Uphold Quality Assurance standards and resolve non-conformances Prepare reports, requisitions, Work Packs, and test packs with accuracy and timeliness Support variation assessments and contract change management Collaborate with Quality and Technical Services Managers to align project execution with specifications and procedure About You To be successful in the role you will possess the following: Tertiary qualifications in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Engineering. Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling, and cost control tools. Preferably, at least 5 years of Site Construction experience in a Project Engineer role on major projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in the MS Office suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
