As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality management systems, ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of excellence. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions Develop and maintain documentation related to quality processes and procedures Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management principles and best practices Monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations Prepare and present quality reports to management Qualifications Here’s what we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in managing large/medium-scale technical or infrastructure projects. Additional Information Soft Skills Required-Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
