Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

• Development of a modern and scalable testing strategy for our moneo software products
• Design of tools, frameworks and automation solutions for testing and quality engineering
• Design of modern testing and automation practices as well as development of new solutions using modern AI tools
• Establishing meaningful quality metrics and ensuring transparency regarding the quality status of our products
• Providing technical support to product development teams and assisting them in independently integrating quality into their development processes
• Active support for skills development in the area of ​​AI-supported work and testing strategy

The following professional qualifications are required:

• Several years of professional experience in software development, testing and/or quality assurance
• Experience with modern test strategies, test automation and quality engineering in professional software environments
• Knowledge of C#/.NET, ideally also experience with TypeScript and Playwright, and a willingness to learn other technologies and programming languages.
• Practical experience with AI-supported development tools such as Claude Code or similar solutions
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or providing professional support to teams is an advantage.
• Good German and very good English skills, as well as an independent work ethic, are essential.
