Key Accountabilities * Network Surveillance and Fault Rectification * Monitoring of Mobile Core Network & Roaming KPIs * CS/vIMS/EPC/vEPC/SPS/VAS KPIs monitoring and reporting any degradation to responsible teams. * Routine Network Check such as Health Check, Preventive Maintenance, Network Alarm Management * Escalation to L2 support, Follow-up and coordination * Generate, Update and Provide reports relevant to Network Operations and Maintenance * Monitoring and troubleshooting any raised alarms on the Core nodes. Open cases for new alarm with the suitable severity Qualifications: * Minimum B.Eng in Electronics/Telecom Engineering, preferably M.Eng or M.S. from a reputable university. Experience: * Minimum 2 years of experience working in SOC Roaming Skills * Good understanding of CS/vIMS/EPC/vEPC KPIs * Good understanding SPS/VAS KPIs * Good knowledge in programing and automation. * Must be able to work effectively in a 24 x 7 x 365 environment. * Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, to prioritize, and demonstrate excellent follow-through on each task assigned. * Works well within a team and ability to build relationships cross-functionally. * Ensure the operations and network KPIs are met with the highest quality and standards. * Ability to work under pressure and to be able to handle network crises and emergencies * Management Notification & Escalation as per the company escalation matrix Who we are: A young UAE based company focused on finding talented people, helping them and our clients to grow What we do: Delivering great customer experiences is at the heart of what we do. Responsibilities

Responsible for monitoring Mobile Core Network and Roaming KPIs to ensure maximum availability and network health. This includes fault rectification, alarm management, and providing first-level support in a 24x7 environment.
