JOB SUMMARY

The primary role(s) of this position is to provide technical support to the Specialty Esters Dept. This position will work with the Area Manager and Area Supervisor to troubleshoot problems, drive improvement and maintain schedule compliance. A focus on improving plant operational safety and the SHE goals will be required, which includes the achievement of Zero Lost Time injuries, Recordable injuries, and Environmental incidents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Degree, Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering preferred (or demonstrated manufacturing leadership experience)
• 2 - 5 years chemical manufacturing environment
• PSM background preferred
• Strong technical skills
