Job Responsibilities: 【任职资格】教育程度：大学本科及以上学历，大学英语四级或以上，机械制造类或相关专业工作经验：无强制要求专业技能要求： IATF16949，ISO14001，APQP，PPAP，MSA,，SPC，FMEA，8D，Mafact/MQS、机械制造专业知识，汽车制造专业知识，热处理、材料基本知识，项目管理，沟通技巧，计算机应用软件等获得ASQ CQE证书优先能力要求：积极进取，责任心强；很强的自我约束力，独立工作和承受压力的能力；高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神；人际沟通、交往能力强，口头表达能力强。其他特殊要求：无 *如有相关工作经验或者表现优异，或应届毕业生表现优异者，以上任职资格要求可适当放宽【主要岗位职责】 1.合理化建议及流程完善 1）按SQD工作流程及策略展开工作 2）提出优化流程及策略的建议 2.新供应商评价 1）实施完成对新供应商的现场PSA审核 2）参与新项目采购件的技术交流 3) 对推荐的潜在供应商，提出SQD的评价建议 3.实施新项目采购件APQP流程 1）按D-APQP的要求，持续监控和支持供应商按APQP要求开展产品开发活动 2）参与项目，定期汇报产品开发APQP状态表，跟踪督促供应商问题点的改进。保证产品开发按要求的时间节点与内容及时完成。 3）组织会议评审产品开发进展并解决问题。 4）实施供应商开发进度确认，按D-APQP要求，根据不同的等级，在供应商现场实施APQP门关评审。 5）实施供应商现场监察，对供应商开发过程进行指导，解决开发到JOB#1+90天过程中出现的问题 6）实施样件交付的定期跟踪 7）识别样件交付的风险，协调解决影响交付的问题。 8）负责样件质量及交付达成。 9）负责组织实施供应商新开发件的PPAP工作 10）负责组织相关人员现场审核PPAP过程 11）负责审核供应商PPAP资料 12）负责按流程，按项目要求，按时完成PSW签发 13）负责供应商的产能验证 14）根据合同量，负责跟踪供应商的产能提升 15）负责供应商过程变更SRMA的审批和跟踪 4.解决EP件质量问题 1）快速响应，解决工厂抱怨和停线风险。 2）完成8D评审和提交。 5.推进供应商MQS&负责供应商体系能力提升 1）组织实施供应商Workshop 2）推进供应商MQS推进 6.遵守与执行体系要求 1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、产品质量、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求 2）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作 3）按要求做好相关文档、资料、信息的存档更新管理。 7.领导交办的其他业务 Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
