Job Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Structural Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and analyzing structures for various building projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with local regulations. Lead structural design projects for a diverse range of buildings and structures in Dubai and the UAE Perform complex structural analysis and design, utilizing advanced engineering principles and software Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues and ensure project success Develop innovative and cost-effective structural solutions that meet client requirements and local building codes Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and monitor construction progress Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and building codes Contribute to business development efforts by participating in client meetings and proposal preparations Ensure all projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related discipline; master's degree preferred Professional engineering license or certification (e.g., PE or equivalent) Additional Information 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on building design and analysis Extensive knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as Etabs, Autodesk Robot, SAFE, StaadPro Proven track record of working on large and complex projects Experience with sustainable design practices and green building standards Experience with parametric modeling and computational design About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
