Job Responsibilities: 【任职资格】教育程度：大学本科及以上学历，大学英语四级或以上，机械制造类专业工作经验： 3年及以上质量，供应商质量或项目管理经验专业技能要求：机械制造专业知识，供应商管理，项目管理，APQP，PPAP，MSA，SPC，FMEA，8D等，获得ASQ CQE证书优先能力要求：具备良好的组织协调与沟通能力，工作细致严谨，有良好的团队管理与团队协作能力其他特殊要求：无 *如有相关工作经验或者表现优异，或应届毕业生表现优异者，以上任职资格要求可适当放宽【主要岗位职责】 1．新品项目采购管理根据公司新产品项目开发需求，收集项目立项相关输入，配合项目组报价需求。 2．新项目APQP管理 1）监控APQP开发状态，上升影响项目的问题 2）审核项目高风险供应商和高风险零件清单 3）监控新品订单交付到货状态，上升影响项目的问题 4）审核CCAR进展状态，推动内部进展 5）审核并跟踪新项目外购件产能报告 6）跟踪外购件PPAP签发进展 3．GPMS节点APQP提交物状态评估评审GPMS节点APQP提交物状态并对外提交审核APQP状态报告并推动风险问题解决 4． Mafact审核及供应商MQS推进 1）指导/应对Mafact供应商管理相关模块 2）推动供应商端MQS体系建立和审核 3）组织供应商MQS培训 5. 供应商定期审核按照年度审核计划对供应商实施MQS/SPA2/CQI特殊过程等类型监督审核。 6．供应商过程变更管理监督供应商过程变更的进展，上升异常问题 6．遵守与执行体系要求 1）认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关环境保护、安全生产法规和政策。 2）严格执行安全环境管理制度，安全操作规程，遵章守纪，防止发生事故。 3）主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改 4）积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动，提出合理化建议 Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
