USER EXPERIENCE (UX) RESEARCH & STRATEGY:

Perform comprehensive user research and stakeholder interviews to identify real-world machine interaction challenges.
Craft detailed user journeys, task analyses, and persona development to inform interface requirements.
Advocate for usability and accessibility best practices tailored to industrial IoT environments.

QUALIFICATION:

• Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Professional Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, industrial automation, or similar roles involving IoT systems.
• Track record of delivering user-focused interfaces for embedded or real-time systems.
• Exposure to OT environments, PLC programming concepts, or SCADA/ICS systems is highly valued.
