* IMPORTANT: Possesses in-depth understanding of telecommunication and networking domains * Experience in writing documents in networking and telecommunication domains, for Wireline and Wireless Products * Knowledge of radio network solutions including HW and SW architecture * Extensive hands-on experience in using DITA xml-based technical authoring tools, and imaging tools * Hands-on experience in preparing content for networking products * Installation and configuration experience of networking services * Working knowledge of LTE protocols, parameters, and KPIs * Hands-on experience in creating e-learning content is highly desired * Optional: Experience with web content development using PHP, MySQL, Apache, Linux will be a huge plus Tejas Networks is a global broadband, optical and wireless networking company, with a focus on technology, innovation and R&D. Responsibilities

The role involves understanding the entire Tejas product portfolio to develop and deliver customer documentation and training solutions, while also ensuring compliance with technical certifications like TL9000 and TSEC.
