Job Description
CIMA+ is hiring an engineer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to carry out engineering mandates in telecommunications structures. The successful candidate will be required to design and analyze various structures (pylons, poles, posts, building roof installations, floor analyses, supports, etc.) in order to produce reports, plans and specifications. The mentoring and resources made available to you will enable you to carry out the mandates entrusted to you in accordance with CIMA+’s own standards of excellence in the field of structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in start-up meetings and technical coordination with team members
  • Carry out structural checks on towers and other existing structures
  • Design pylons, reinforcements and various structures
  • Design and verify foundations
  • Write structural analysis reports
  • Participate in coordinating the layout of engineering drawings with draftsmen and ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Participate in the implementation and improvement of innovative methods and tools, thus contributing to process optimization.
  • May, depending on the candidate’s interest, carry out occasional surveys/inspections of high-rise structures
    Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Structure option

  • Strong interest in structural calculations and engineering
  • Intellectual curiosity, desire to learn
  • Mastery of the French language (oral and written)
  • Excellent time and priority management
  • Team spirit, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and interest in designing and improving automated calculation tools
