Your Contribution Responsible to develop new test solutions for high volume optical components. Lead the development of test solutions for optical components for high volume manufacturing. In charge to characterize optical functionalities like MTF, color homogeneity, contrast etc. Responsible to develop new optical test methodologies, test specifications, test equipment, test programs and test automation in close collaboration with internal teams, customers and equipment suppliers. In charge to optimize test program, test yield and test throughput via test data analysis. The test equipment and test solution needs to be developed during the product development phase, set up during the NPI phase and finally transferred to high volume manufacturing. Your Profile BSc/MSC/Ph.D Degree in Photonics /Optics/ Physics / Engineering or equivalent. Min 5-10 year experience in the optical testing field with hands-on experience on test development, optical characterization and test automation. Knowledge in Optical test & characterization methods and optical metrology and test automation. Skills in Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), SPC, FMEA, problem solving methods. Good to have: Experience in programming e.g. Python or C++. Good to have: Experience in image analysis and image processing.
