About the Role This position provides technical leadership for the new project launch and keep mass production project running well in manufacturing execute system. What You Will Do Oversee the onboarding and configuration of new production types within manufacturing system, ensuring accurate process mapping and system parameter alignment. Administers product traceability and recipe management functions, ensuring system stability and compliance with manufacturing standards. Diagnoses manufacturing system issues, interface failures, and shop-floor device malfunctions to maintain production continuity. Conducts data analysis to support manufacturing KPIs, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Enhance reporting modules, dashboards, and data visualization capabilities within the manufacturing system environment. Interfaces with stakeholder teams to provide status updates, escalation support, and cross-functional communication on manufacturing system outages. Leads or supports manufacturing system requirement, installation, deployment, integration, and validation activities in partnership with global manufacturing system teams. Authors workflow documentation, functional specifications, and manufacturing system records. Provides manufacturing system operation and application training to technicians and production stakeholders. Configures production VLAN and manages associated servers and workstations in accordance with production IT security governance standards. Installs, integrates, and maintains barcode scanning systems and industrial printing equipment. Responsible for importing and configuring new products within the manufacturing traceability system. Responsible for implementing and developing new systems to support upcoming projects. Support data analysis and assist the team with related troubleshooting activities. Responsible for enhancing and optimizing the existing traceability system. Capable of performing secondary software development for custom features and iterative upgrades. What You Need to Be Successful Educational: Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or equivalent. Experience: More than 5 years’ applicable experience, understanding manufacturing system architecture, work experience in operation or implementation of SCADA/MES/IIoT/Smart Manufacturing is preferred. Experience with C#, VB, NET, Python and API communications programming. Good technical skills in main streaming databases with SQL language. Good experience in microservice architecture, data pipeline and data processing platform. Solid knowledge of MS server operation system and Linux, basic knowledge of VLAN and data backup/recover. Knowing ITIL service support knowledge is preferred. Project management skills, follow up project deliverables and accountability, good communication and teamwork. Presentation skills in both Chinese and English. Bonus Points if You Have Open mindset. Electronics industry experience, knowledge of manufacturing equipment and process. Proven project execution/implementation with demonstrable results. Demonstrate strong material and informational flow transformation step knowledge. Understanding to develop metrics to measure performance. Natural ability to lead team members through problem solving and rapidly implement solutions. Perseverance to drive for stretch goals. Inter-personal savvy to gain consensus. Enthusiastic character. Ability to see the “whole” and work through “detail” as needed. What Makes You Eligible You have a working knowledge of English.
