Job Description Are you energized by solving complex technical challenges, influencing cross functional teams, and shaping how customized engineered solutions come to life? We’re looking for a strategic, execution driven leader to own the full Engineer-to-Order (ETO) quotation and project lifecycle—turning customer requirements into robust, competitive, high quality solutions. In this pivotal role, you’ll connect Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Project Management to deliver best in class quotations and flawless project execution. You’ll drive strategic quoting, resolve escalations quickly, and guide projects from order intake through delivery. With strong technical insight, you’ll interpret specifications and P&IDs, manage documentation with precision, and influence stakeholder requirements while presenting clear, confident updates to senior leaders and customers. As the sector ETO leader, you’ll set the Quality Quote standard, strengthen collaboration across the business, and develop a high performing regional team that consistently delivers customized, project based solutions. Required Experience: A strong technical background with the ability to interpret complex engineering documentation. Proven leadership in project based, highly customized engineering environments. Product knowledge/technical expertise (Actuation, Valves and torques) Experience with Global Valve Makers The successful candidate: The confidence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and guide cross functional teams. A passion for elevating processes, standards, and team performance.
