Description
Driving process standardization, digitalization, and operational excellence across QHSE activities. Join our team as a Process & QHSE Support Engineer and play a key role in strengthening our global processes, documentation framework and QHSE practices. This is a great opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives while developing your expertise in a global and collaborative environment. In this role, your primary focus will be on process harmonization, documentation management, and development of digital tools supporting QHSE and operational activities. You will work closely with QHSE stakeholders to ensure consistency, standardization and alignment with global requirements. You will be part of a cross-functional and international environment and will report to the Quality & HSE Manager, contributing to global initiatives and local implementation. Your role and responsibilities As a Process & QHSE Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Harmonization and revision of technical and QHSE documentation Gather, review and harmonize existing documentation Support global documentation review initiatives in collaboration with QHSE stakeholders Management and maintenance of procedures Manage the full lifecycle of company procedures (creation, review, approval) Upload, update and publish documentation within the Valmet system Global process standardization Support the definition and update of global standards Ensure alignment between local practices and global standards Development of Power BI dashboards Develop and maintain dashboards to support data-driven decision making and performance monitoring Support to Lean initiatives Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean activities, supporting process optimization and efficiency The exact scope and focus of the role may evolve based on business needs and the selected candidate’s background and strengths. Required experience and qualifications We are looking for a structured and proactive professional with a strong interest in process improvement and QHSE topics. To succeed in this role, you will have: Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent Good knowledge of Power BI Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Lists, Forms, etc.) Basic knowledge of Lean principles and quality methodologies 3-5 years of experience as Process & Quality Engineer Languages English (must have) Italian (nice to have) In addition, we appreciate Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in global cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Aptitude for standardization and structured way of working Interest in digital tools and process development What we offer A position within a global and collaborative environment Opportunities to contribute to process harmonization and digital transformation initiatives Exposure to international stakeholders and cross-functional projects A role with direct impact on operational efficiency, quality and safety Development opportunities within QHSE, process management and continuous improvement Location This position is in Pune, India, with flexible hybrid working practices.
