Job Description Responsible for Strategic Plant / Business Unit level Projects eg: ALR, pallet optimization & Change Request due to legal or customer requirement is implemented according to the timeline (unique to PgP2/MT). Responsible for Value Stream specific requirement to support KPI/KPR (eg: Team Target & Competency Workshop). Responsible for Value Stream Process FMEA moderator. Responsible for CR Change Co-ordinator. Responsible for achievement towards BPS higher maturity level. Lead for strategic plant / Business Unit level project eg: ALR, pallet optimization & Change Request due to legal or customer requirement is implemented according to the timeline (unique to PgP2/MT). Lead Value Stream specific requirement to support KPI/KPR (eg: Team Target, 7S, Competency Workshop and Layout). Lead FMEA, Lean Line Design for improvement project. Change Coordinator to ensure continuously review the Chang Request status & closure of the Change Request by the Change Leader. Lead, coach and implement BPS concept and execution requirement to all level Value Stream associates (eg: System CIP & Lean Line Design workshop). Support VSE as and when needed. Other tasks assigned by the superior as and when necessary. Qualifications Experience in new product introduction, Process or Manufacturing activities and documentations e.g. FMEA, Bill of Material, Time Study, Line Balancing, Work Instructions, Visual Aids. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or any discipline. Knowledge and competency in FMEA moderation will be an advantage. Authorization Approval and Signature authority as per Organizational Instruction. Rights and accessibility based on defined SAP Authorization Concept (PT Power). Rights and accessibility based on defined Data Security Protection authorization concept and DSP Guidelines. Authorization commensurate with responsibilities.
