Job Description Prepare plans and procedures for maintenance works in a district cooling plant Plant, lead and supervise a team of in-house technicians and subcontractors for routine maintenance works Monitor equipment status, respond to equipment fault, prepare reports and records for maintenance works Plan and monitor tools and spare parts stock level Improve health and safety policies and procedures Qualifications Higher diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage Good interpersonal and communication skills Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese Additional Information Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ solid working experience in building services installation and maintenance works of MVAC & electrical system Able to lead a team of technicians for different maintenance tasks Benefits: Medical and Hospitalization Insurance Life Insurance Parental Leave Volunteer Leave Exam Leave We offer an attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.
