Your role will include: What you’ll be doing We are on the lookout for an engineer specialising or genuinely interested in Water and Wastewater Planning to join our Water Practice in Sydney. You will play an integral part in a high-performing team of skilled water specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for a diverse range of internal and external clients, including within the public and private sector. In joining our market-leading team, you will contribute to the delivery of our growing portfolio of water strategy and system planning projects across the broader ANZ region. Through a deep understanding of their challenges we work with our clients to co-create innovative solutions that help to shape tomorrow's world. It’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’. Deliver integrated water servicing strategies and plans for new development precincts and existing infill areas. Deliver valued water and wastewater system planning solutions in response to key drivers including growth servicing, asset renewals, asset reliability, system resilience, sustainability and liveability. Consider and assess whole-of-lifecycle costs and associated risks and benefits in system plans. Maintain and further develop relationships with a wide range of clients and critical internal and external stakeholders, with a strong focus on collaborative working and integrated team’s in partnership. Confident and proactive in project management and delivery – contributing to technical excellence as part of a high performing, engaged and supportive team. Contribute to business development including connecting with clients, identifying opportunities and supporting pursuits. Support junior members of the water team in the development of their networks and system planning skills.
