Job Description Responsible for all administrative task for the entire engineering department and maintain the accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, projects and inspection. Plan daily engineering team briefing and assist in distributing daily work assignments, which includes assurance of task completion effectively and efficiently. Coordinate with maintenance team and/or external contractors to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues. Monitor expenses and ensure that expenditures are within budgetary constraints. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Address any engineering-related concerns or complaints from guests or staff promptly and professionally. Qualifications Strong administrative and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to prioritize task effectively. Attention to detail and have an excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate time management skill and ability to multitask in fast-paced environment. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
