Job Description We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Engineering Administrator to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering department, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across various projects. Coordinate and manage engineering project schedules, timelines, and resources Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and presentations Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress Organise and schedule meetings, conference calls, and video conferences Manage and update engineering databases and filing systems Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor project expenses Coordinate travel arrangements for engineering staff when necessary Support the procurement process for engineering equipment and supplies Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with project management software Strong organisational and time-keeping skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively Familiarity with engineering processes and terminology Understanding of technical documentation and drawings Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is desirable Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is advantageous Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks Additional Information What awaits you...
