Description The Engineering Administrator (Entry – Level) supports the Sales and Engineering teams by coordinating customer inquiries, supporting the quotation process, maintaining technical documentation, and assisting with project administration. This entry-level position is ideal for an individual looking to develop a career in manufacturing, engineering support, or technical sales. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal departments. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Sales and Engineering teams as directed by Management. Prepare and maintain engineering databases and sales documentation. Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives, engineering, production, and customer service teams. Assist with processing customer requests, specifications, and technical documentation. Maintain accurate records in ERP, CRM, and document management systems. Track project milestones, deadlines, and customer deliverables with management approval. Support order entry, contract reviews, and engineering change notifications. Generate reports related to sales activities, project status, and customer requirements. Assist in preparing presentations, technical submittals, and product information with direction of management. Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and documentation requirements. Participate in team meetings and provide administrative support for ongoing projects. Other duties as assigned with Management approval and direction Education High School Diploma Experience 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, engineering support, manufacturing, or sales support role. Requirements Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to learn ERP and CRM systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
