ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Previous experience of running a busy HGV fleet workshop
• Excellent Organisationsal Skills and Attention to detail
• Previous experience of working in a fast moving maintenance environment
• Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Outlook and other computer based programs
• Qualification is HGV maintenance

• Manage and be responsible for the Workshop and Engineering Department including a team of HGV Technicians, Engineers, a Service Coordinator and Administrator
• Oversea the maintenance of our fleet of HGV, Plant Equipment and Material Handling Equipment
• Meet agreed KPI’s, implement positive change, manage weak and strong performance
• Complete risk assessments and maintain health and safety standards
• Ensure the smooth running of PPM’s and reactive maintenance within the plant.
• Ensure targeted MOT pass rates are achieved
