Responsibilities
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory authorities and good engineering practices in relation to maintenance of the property structure, façade, fittings, finishes and services.
  • Conducting effective and efficient management of all property services and other works required to be carried out within the properties.
  • Managing and operating the Property in a manner which continuously improves the performance of the Property and reduces effects on the environment.
  • Achieving Sustainability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set in consultation with the Owner for the Property on an annual basis.
  • Management, training and delegation of duties to Property Services Supervisors.
  • Participating in the EHS Leadership Team.
  • In consultation with the Management Team, preparing annual property operations and capital works budgets and monitoring and updating budgets on a quarterly basis
