Extend support to Service, (often to customers directly) & Plant to resolve technical issues including support to PUE for technical evaluation of products Product & Solution promotion (Tech-days / Tech-Sessions / Fairs in association with Sales, MKT) and technical training to customers & other external stakeholders incl. relevant association, societies e.g., FPSI, CEMA, VDMA Support to Marketing - Social media marketing, fairs & customer events Business Operation: - Support Sales in Pricing, techno-commercial offering, value selling & negotiation, contract management, Customer communication Improve and readjust departmental & value-stream processes together with plant functions. People: - Lead team Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional growth Plan, recruit & develop talents | Upskilling & Reskilling | Promote DEI | Promote simplicity & agility Promote Positive Leadership | Administration | Drive GPtW | Drive compliance topics Bachelor/master’s in engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Production or similar w. MBA (preferred). Experience: 20-25 Years of experience in Techno commercial role in Hydraulic industry. At least 5 years in a Techno commercial / KAM leadership role covering Sales, Application, and Service. Proven track record in strategic business development, transformation, and people leadership. Experience in MNC environments with exposure to international markets desirable Leadership Competencies: Strategic & Entrepreneurial Thinking : Ability to shape market direction, challenge status quo, and drive profitable growth. Customer Orientation : Proven ability to explore emerging market to create business. Execution Excellence : Strong operational acumen, accountability, and attention to results.
