Job Description As an Engineering Expert, you will be part of a dynamic and international, and tri-lingual environment, supporting the existing team activity to enhance technology practices and adopt better engineering tools and processes. Main Tasks Contribute to studies on usage of programming languages and associated developer frameworks at all levels of the technology stack Ensure application teams adhere to company's Technology Standards while designing & building their solutions Contribute to/review technical design & specifications Manage and report technical risks Perform and contribute to technology domain studies Validate technologies and software used Contribute towards innovation; suggest new technical practices for efficiency improvement Participate in Proof of Concepts (PoCs) or quick technical assessments of emerging technologies Drive efficiency improvement and ensure the use of modern technology practices within the Engineering team Contribution to evolution of DevSecOps toolchains Qualifications Strong Technology Architect background, with experience across multiple programming languages, architecture patterns, and DevSecOps practices. Expertise in Cloud Solutions (KaaS, IaaS, PaaS). Proven track record delivering complex applications into production. Ability to assess application scope and guide teams on proper architectural principles and patterns. Experience analyzing applications with monolithic, n‑tier, SOA, and microservices architectures, in cloud or virtualized environments. Good knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools. Familiar with middleware components: WAF, Load Balancers, MQ, Event Brokers, API Gateways, etc. Solid understanding of IT security (encryption, authN/authZ, vulnerability management, threat analysis). Strong analytical mindset to validate design compliance with standards. Able to synthesize information and present clear reports to management. Financial industry exposure (banking is a plus). Fluent in English.
