ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly collaborative, skilled and experienced Engineering Asset Change Manager to work alongside our NNEP Leadership Team on a key strategic, delivery partner framework in the UK defence industry with a value of circa £750m. The successful candidate will play a key role shaping efficient delivery of Asset Change Management requests on behalf of a business unit or project, whilst maintaining the correct balance between delivery and governance. The Engineering Asset Change Manager will manage change with awareness and compliance to the nuclear license conditions, conventional industry safety and environmental regulations, and working knowledge of project or change delivery.
This position will require regular attendance at our client site to develop stakeholder requirements and build critical relationships for success. However, work-life balance and flexibility are a focus for Amentum. We’re happy to discuss patterns and locations to suit you and our business.
