REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or a related technical field preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • Understanding of engineering workflows and terminology.

  • Assist in creating, organizing, and maintaining project documentation, including engineering drawings, schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and up-to-date status of all engineering-related documents.
  • Facilitate communication among internal teams, external contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute project-related communications, including meeting agendas, minutes, and status updates.
  • Schedule meetings, site visits, and other project-related events.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to track project progress and milestones.
  • Assist in monitoring budgets and expenditures, and help prepare financial reports and forecasts.
  • Collect and analyze project data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or risks, and prepare summary reports with actionable recommendations.
