To plan and lead shift operation and Preventive maintenance activities toward achieving "Zero Interruptions" for customers in utilities support. 2. To define and develop clear scope of work for facility corrective maintenance work and coordinate the rectification works with good planning and execution with build good working relation with production staff. 3. To participate in all improvement and cost saving programs, internal or external training to gain facility operation knowledge e.g. Energy saving program, benchmark, Predictive maintenance and expense reduction activities and Electrical Safety Program. 4. To participates in all improvement (CIP) and cost saving programs e.g. Benchmark and expense reduction activities. 5. To support department ISO and other certification audits for your respective area by keeping all audit relevant documents in tip top condition. To work closely with Safety Officer in ensuring safety work practice is enhanced in the company premises. 6. To prepare and submits monthly facility preventive maintenance reports and Keep all Preventive maintenance activity in schedule. 7. To maintain system in good working condition by planning PM and CM program for respective shift operation and strictly follow Bosch guideline. 8. To define and develop clear scope of work for Corrective maintenance program. 9. To ensure all Preventive maintenance works are according to specification and statutory requirements and follow Bosch guideline, agreed by requestor, PM Master chart need to develop and get approval before starting any activities. Any other duties assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time. 10. Comply to audit system without any noncompliance issue. Keep PM audit documents in tip top condition. System Involved: 1. Electrical system Low Voltage 2. Chiller system 3. Air compressor system 4. PCW 5. Exhaust 6. Albany door 7. Split cond 8. AHU 9. ESD gate 10. Waste management Center 11. Domestic water system. 12. BMS 13. Fire life safety system. 14. Support IWO 15. Any other activity assign by superior Qualifications Diploma or Certificate holder (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) At least 5 years related working experience in manufacturing industries. Related working experience in order management and facility planning function in manufacturing environment is required. Ability to perform physical inspection, material handling etc. Willing to work on weekends or public holiday. Good written and verbal communication skills. Teamwork, organizational skill, positive attitude for continuous improvement.
