Description

Summary: Perform lab-scale trials and generate clear and reliable data analysis, maintain accurate records and documentation.Essential Functions: Execute market-driven development activities. Conduct trials at lab-scale, test the lab samples, make a clear experiment record. Clearly communicate results. 50% Participate in scale-up production process and work with engineering group to solve problems. 15% Communicate with direct supervisor timely on progress and prepare the weekly report. 15% Work with EHS, supply chain and facility to source and purchase lab devices and consumables as needed, maintain device and lab 5S.15% Other works assigned by the direct supervisor. 5% Qualifications: 2+ years of work experience in industry. Well-developed analytical skills; Ability to deliver accurate and reliable results in a logical and orderly way to ensure timely completion of assignments. Knowledge of polymer is a strong plus. Experiences on PTFE / Thermoset / Coating industries are preferred. Experiences on lab is preferred. Ability to communicate in English is preferred. MS Office Software skills.
