Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of the Programme Officer – TRD (Transition and Recovery) and direct supervision of the Project Engineer (Shelter and Infrastructure); and, in collaboration with relevant units at Sub-offices and Field offices, the successful candidate will be responsible for the field implementation of Shelter and Infrastructure activities in field project locations in Cambodia. The incumbent will also support the planning and implementation of Quick Impact Projects (QIPs) and Cash-for-Work (CfW) initiatives, including field coordination of technical assessments, assist in preparation of detailed engineering documents (Plans, design-drawings, quantity estimations, BoQs, and specifications), in resource mobilization, and coordination with relevant stakeholders. The role includes ensuring effective technical assessments, identifications, planning of construction/reconstruction works and resolving technical issues, quality control, and field monitoring and assist in timely completion of infrastructure activities in accordance with project specifications, allocated resources, organizational standards, and donor requirements.  
Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for the field implementation of shelter and infrastructure activities, including planning and coordinating technical assessments. They will also support the execution of Quick Impact Projects and Cash-for-Work initiatives while ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications.
