Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Under general direction, supports the introduction of new products to the manufacturing facility following the RA Common Product Development (CPD) processes. Work with Industrialization Engineers to ensure optimum product and process design for manufacturability. Helps develop and implement the manufacturing layout and processes and the associated documentation, and with the execution of prototype and pilot activities. Works on issues of limited scope. Follows established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
You will report to Indus Manager based in Singapore.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• Diploma/ITE in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experienced in Manufacturing Assembly
• You will Complete tasks and to the specified requirements.
• You will Apply basic methodologies.
• You will Use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio (or equivalent), and E-mail applications.

• Provide support to Industrialization Engineers on NPI/Continuation Engineering projects.
• Document Production floor layouts.
• Create Documented Work Instruction (DWI) files.
• Create Process diagram files.
• Collect data on manufacturing processes.
• You will Help execute prototype and pilot builds.
• You will perform responsibilities required.
• You will Help develop and implement cost reduction and process improvement projects.
• Exhibit good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• You will communicate both verbally and in written form, to a broad audience of varying technical and cultural background.
• Collaborate with others from within and outside of the Industrialization group to achieve common goals.
