Job Description This position is responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance and repair of the physical structure, utility services, equipment, fixtures, and furnishings of the hotel facilities. Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance programs for the various systems such as (not limited to) the following: Air-conditioning & electrical, refrigeration, FLS equipment, building maintenance including furniture & fixtures, painting, parts renewal & repairs, kitchen and laundry equipment, low voltage (LV), guest rooms, F&B outlets, function/banquet areas, front/back of the house, plumbing & drainage. Communicate with engineering management and team leader with regards to possible improvements to increase efficiency Always implement safe work practices, efficient methods, proper preventative maintenance and repair Qualifications Senior High School or University education background Minimum of 1 year of relevant hands-on experience in area of expertise Good reading and oral proficiency in English language Good communication and customer contact skills Service oriented with an eye for details Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team Self-motivated and energetic Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times Additional Information WHY WORK FOR ACCOR Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide.
