Student from an Engineering degree, 7 or 8 max semesters completed, no experience require.
English speaker fluent required
Good organizations and communication skills, ability to work in a team environment and have customer focus ability.
Willing to take direction from Management or Senior Change Managers. Exercises good judgment and sound decision-making skills.
The applicant will execute Fast Tracks/ Full Track changes of limited scope, such as document changes. Will facilitate and lead change integration meetings involving the enterprise to ensure changes are clear, concise, and thorough. Also executes reduced scope changes and administrative tasks, as required.
Communicates and interfaces with other organizations Including Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Material Planners as required. Ability to coordinate and facilitate discussions, data needed, and actions required
Timely and accurate completion of assignments results in effective change management and integration. Meeting schedule.
