KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Producing Compliance Statements on behalf of the Engineers (documents that specify grid code requirements for each Customer connection).
• Collating and formatting plant data to facilitate compliance assessment and use in commercial contracts
• Assessing Customer data for quality and completeness, as part of the compliance repeat plan
• Tracking & populating KPI’s on behalf of the team
• Providing project updates to stakeholders across NESO
• Managing routine updates to key department documents and procedures
• Supporting the team’s continuous improvement initiatives
• Ongoing management of site test card calibration contracts
• Support for meetings and seminars

The Engineering Compliance Team plays a key role in the ESO’s Network Operability department, responsible for ensuring that new and existing generators, wishing to connect to the Electricity Transmission system, meet the requirements of the grid code and associated connection agreements.
As a Team Technical Assistant, you will work with Customers, Compliance Engineers and other key stakeholders across the business, to facilitate and support the team’s key activities during the compliance process.
This role can be based from Wokingham or Warwick, and we continue to offer hybrid working from office and home. We are open to full time and part time applicants, as well as flexible working arrangements.
