JOB SUMMARY

At WiiGroup, we are shaping the future of construction delivery through digital innovation, lean principles, and strategic planning. We are now hiring an Engineering Consultant with a strong background in Project Planning and a specific focus on Advanced Work Packaging (AWP). In this role, you will be embedded within construction projects to drive planning excellence on the ground coordinating with supervisors, monitoring constraints, and preparing structured lookahead schedules that align with the construction priorities. This is a hands-on role requiring field engagement, digital fluency, and a structured mindset.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong experience in Project Planning and Scheduling, ideally within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects
  • Proven hands-on knowledge of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) principles and implementation
  • Experience with Workface Planning, delivering structured planning through AWP methodology
  • Electrical engineering background or substantial experience in electrical scopes on construction projects
  • Skilled in constraints management to maintain flow and reduce delays
  • Proficient in preparing and maintaining 3-Week and 6-Week Lookahead Schedules
