DIRECT HIRE ENGINEERING MANAGER- 10 DIRECT REPORTS

• Lead and supervise implement and attachment engineering team members, and plan activities to maintain project schedules.
• Collaborate with LP product management, sales, and marketing teams to identify customer needs.
• Innovate new equipment designs to meet customer needs.
• Develop criteria for design and manufacture of implements and attachments.
• Design products to meet cost, performance, and manufacturability targets.
• Direct, reviews, and approves product designs and changes, and directs testing.
• Plan, develops, and participates in experimental test programs.
• Degree in mechanical or agricultural engineering or related field
• 5 plus years of experience within a design engineering team – product design experience preferred
• Excellent computer skills, i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, Windchill
  Hours are M-Th 6:00am to 4:30pm
