Support daily operations of the engineering department ensuring smooth coordination. Support month-end reporting, highlight variances and provide timely updates to engineering management. Maintain accurate documentation logs, inventories and records of maintenance requests, purchases and costs. Contribute to training, performance appraisals and succession planning for team development. Manage communication with team members, other departments, suppliers and contractors. Assist in planning, organizing and managing preventive maintenance schedules and projects. Control departmental costs, inventories, and resources while ensuring quality and efficiency Qualifications Diploma or higher-level qualification related to Engineering or administration. 2 to 3 years of experience in engineering departments as an administrator. Proficiency in computer applications and basic technical knowledge. Candidate must have a good command of spoken and written English. Ability to handle documentation and report preparation.
