QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in construction management, engineering, or a related field but qualification in Accounting, Business, Project Management will also be considered
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients, and takes pride in keeping projects organized and on schedule.
  • Strong client communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in project administration, invoicing, and tracking budgets.
  • Demonstrated experience in invoicing or project based financial administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Bluebeam REVU, and project management platforms such as ProCore, E-Builder, or BIM 360.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Desirable experience will include:

  • Have the ability to perform equipment take-offs on design drawings and have a base understanding of MEP Systems.
  • Previous experience in construction management or engineering industry

Salary range: $65,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and project teams, ensuring clear communication and prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Track project hours and expenses, create and submit invoices to clients, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Work closely with team leaders to develop and update project requirements while keeping clients informed.
  • Attend project meetings, document key milestones, and follow up on action items with both internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain and organize project directories, schedules, and critical documentation (drawings, submittals, invoices, etc.).
  • Assist with managing and coordinating commissioning work products across multiple projects.
  • Ensure clients receive timely updates on project status, deliverables, and any required documentation.
  • Track project budgets and ensure projects remain on financial targets.
  • Organize and facilitate internal project kickoff meetings with the team leader, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Coordinate scheduling across multiple platforms (Teams, Webex, Zoom) and manage meeting logistics.
  • Support fieldwork in a limited capacity for documentation and data collection.
