You’ll support process development initiatives and projects in your assigned area, support the Team Lead to increase the performance of the Global Data Shared Services team in alignment with the SLA requirements and you’ll need to ensure an effective communication towards all Business Partners and Stakeholders. We’ll look to you for: Ensures the governance Orchestra and Service now request, and maintenance in ERP platform for Material Master data for Parts; Ensures a proper documentation of processes , SOP update and performed task and control points as per Bussines Process (BAU) complying with agreed SLA; Support and recommend streamlined standard processes improvement in alignment with Stakeholders; Participate in projects and new tool implementation (based on Tibco EBX )supporting in UAT Process; Prepare dashboards and audit summary reports for review; Train the KU and new joiners in the team and support in getting him/her up to speed on BAU.
