YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Science, or 3+ years in a similar technical role.
• 2–5 years’ experience in engineering data, maintenance systems, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred); LSMW desirable.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or QlikSense.
• Understanding of GMP/cGMP and quality systems in regulated environments.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.

YOUR ROLE

Join CSL Behring , a global leader in plasma-derived therapies, as an Engineering Data Support specialist. In this critical role, you’ll be the custodian of engineering master data in SAP, supporting preventive maintenance, calibration, and materials management across our manufacturing site.
You’ll work closely with engineering, validation, and production teams to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain engineering master data in SAP (Assets, PM schedules, Calibration, Materials).
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, and uploads using tools like LSMW.
• Respond to service requests and troubleshoot system issues.
• Conduct system testing and support upgrades or fixes.
• Generate reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support decision-making.
• Deliver training to new users and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with GMP and regulatory standards (TGA, FDA, EMEA).
