ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Design Manager, you’ll play a critical role in managing and coordinating the structural design across multiple major high-rise developments. You’ll oversee consultant performance, ensure constructability, and drive cost and program efficiency, all while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage delivery and coordination of structural design documentation from external consultants
• Oversee and facilitate collaboration between engineers and architects
• Review consultant designs for compliance with local codes and company construction methodologies
• Identify value engineering opportunities to optimise costs and timelines
• Provide construction-focused technical support, solving complex issues
• Drive conceptual design in DA stages
• Manage tenders for structural subcontracts and review documentation
• Monitor and track design documentation and construction programs
