The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch. Focused on external local talent (Mexican professionals) Promotes professional development, enabling deep exposure to Bosch products, processes, and technologies 18 to 24 months in duration, with structured rotations across locations, departments, and roles You are hired as a full-time employee from day one, with the same benefits and career opportunities as any other Bosch associate Targets key positions with a fast-tracked development path Supported by mentors, supervisors, and program coordinators throughout the journey Designed to transition you into a final role as a Process & Operations Engineer. This program is for you if… You are an engineer with hands-on experience in manufacturing or process improvement and you are ready to take the next step in your career one that offers broader exposure, real ownership, and accelerated development into critical operational roles. How this program accelerates your career Over the course of 18 to 24 months, you will rotate across multiple locations, departments, and roles, gaining a 360° understanding of manufacturing operations. By the end of the program, the objective is for you to transition into a permanent engineering position within: Process Engineering Operations / Manufacturing Engineering Quality Engineering You will leave the program with: A strong technical foundation Proven experience driving operational improvements Cross-functional and cross-site exposure Clear readiness for a specialist or leadership track Qualifications Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Electrical, or related Engineering fields 2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, operations, or process engineering Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with operational data Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs (productivity, efficiency, quality, cycle time, scrap, etc.) Knowledge in Continuous Improvement Process Knowledge in Six Sigma Willingness to rotate across locations and roles within Mexico Advanced English, able to work in a professional, technical environme Legal Entity: Robert Bosch México, S.A. de C.V.
