With a presence in more than 30 countries, more than 46,000 employees (mostly engineers), and experience in sectors such as Automotive, Energy, Aeronautics, Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, Multimedia, and Railways, we offer an international environment where you can develop and grow professionally. 🌍✨ • 15+ years of experience in Engineering Management, Product Development, and Organizational Transformation in the automotive, e-mobility, and advanced manufacturing sectors. • Proven experience in P&L management, engineering projects, and engineering center development. • Operations leadership. • Fluency in Spanish and English (French is a plus). • Solid knowledge of engineering projects based on deliverables. • Academic qualifications: Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Systems Engineering, or related field. Main Responsibilities • Define and execute the engineering strategy, aligned with the company's growth plans. • Lead multidisciplinary teams (+500 employees), fostering innovation and talent development. • Oversee the full development cycle of all engineering projects, ensuring quality and cost-effective deliverables. • Manage large investment projects and engineering centers. • Consolidate design and innovation centers in key regions of Mexico, ensuring technology transfer, profitability, and talent development. • Drive process optimization initiatives to increase operational efficiency. • Negotiate with strategic clients, ensuring portfolio diversification and total satisfaction. • Establish performance metrics (KPIs) that guarantee revenue growth, profit margins, and quality of deliverables. • Represent the Engineering function to global stakeholders, generating alignment with business and client strategies.
