Lead strategic engineering bids and multi-disciplinary project delivery. Manage capability development across engineering and technical disciplines. Drive governance, quality compliance and SQEP competence. Represent Assystem in joint ventures and integrated client teams. Shape pursuit strategies and oversee programme delivery outcomes. Build trusted client relationships and influence senior decision-makers. Support project compliance. Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications Essential Skills Proven engineering leadership in nuclear. Track record in engineering project and stakeholder management. Familiarity with UK regulatory frameworks. Ability to lead teams in complex, regulated environments. Degree-qualified in engineering (or equivalent). Experienced in performance management and people development. Comfortable working in consortia and JV settings. Desired Skills ✔️ Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and risk/change control. ✔️ Major bid or pursuit leadership experience. ✔️ Understanding of Owners/Architect Engineer services.
