In this position you will lead the global R&D team for nVent-Schroff in Straubenhardt, Germany. Guide a team of dedicated engineers, share expertise with CTOs, and drive innovative solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Leading the core Research and Development Team for nVent-Schroff Products globally.
• Schroff has a track record of innovations since 1962 and is known as entrepreneurial and solutions oriented to find solutions for challenges in a constantly changing environment.
• Coaching and mentoring over 20 professional engineers in our R&D team
• Presenting nVent and its Schroff brand as a profound consultant to CTOs and customers
• Groundbreaking technology for key verticals such as Rail, Telecom, Test & Measurement, Aerospace, Defense, and Energy
• Collaborating closely with General and Functional Managers, Technology, and Digital groups to exchange innovation ideas
• Crafting an environment of creative and innovative team projects to enhance our portfolio and constantly improve
