JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Engineering Drafter to join our POP Display/Store Fixture Engineering team. In this role, you will collaborate with Project Managers, Designers, and Production teams to create mechanical drawings and structural solutions for retail displays and store fixtures. Your work will ensure the technical accuracy and buildability of designs while maintaining aesthetic quality and budget constraints.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in POP display or store fixture drafting/engineering.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks or AutoCAD (required).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Fairfield, OH.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Create accurate mechanical drawings and technical documents using SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to develop cost-effective and structurally sound display solutions.
  • Support prototype development with Model Shop and Pre-Production teams.
  • Assist with production setup and troubleshoot “first-off” samples with Quality Control.
  • Engineer components across materials such as injection-molded plastic, wood, metal, and acrylic.
