Job Description To ensure seamless 24/7 operation of all hotel MEP utilities and systems during the assigned shift. The goal: guests never feel any disruption to electricity, AC, hot water, elevators, etc. The Duty Engineer is the "pilot" of the hotel during nights, weekends, and holidays - the first decision-maker for any emergency or breakdown. Techanical Engineering Operation Monitoring: Conduct BMS panel rounds every 2 hours for electricity, HVAC, chillers, boilers, generators, pumps, elevators, WTP/STP. Log all readings Shift Preventive Maintenance: Execute minor PMs per shift schedule: AHU filter changes, generator oil checks, emergency light tests, cooling tower flushing Breakdown Response: Respond
