Job Description Main Scope Responsible for the maintenance, operation, and repair of all electrical, mechanical, and ELV systems within the hotel. Ensures optimal performance of life safety systems, BMS/GRMS, and full compliance with hotel standards and authority regulations. Key Responsibilities Engineering Operations Supervise daily engineering shift operations Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs Maintain logs, reports, inventories, and technical documentation Inspect completed works for safety and compliance Estimate materials, manpower, and project requirements Ensure adherence to emergency procedures and safety protocols ELV & Life Safety Systems Oversee Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, CBS, UPS, BMS, and GRMS systems Conduct regular inspections, fire pump testing, and system checks Monitor systems and take immediate corrective action when needed Maintain accurate ELV documentation and compliance records Coordinate with approved contractors/service providers Support fire drills and emergency preparedness activities Compliance & Leadership Ensure compliance with ISO standards, hotel policies, and safety regulations Participate in risk management and sustainability initiatives Supervise and guide engineering team members Promote teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence Qualifications Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Electrical preferred) Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel Strong hands-on experience with ELV and life safety systems Knowledge of BMS, GRMS, Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting systems Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office and engineering systems Job-Category: Engineering & Maintenance Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
