GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Entering and maintaining information in Visual ERP system for ensuring that Visual ERP has complete and accurate details to build product. Coordinating between Engineering, MOP, Purchasing, Production and Estimating where required.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

Visual ERP System Responsibilities:

Engineering Masters (Combined Bill of Material and Routing)

• Modified Products and OGDEN
• New standard series and series expansions
• Current products, missing EM’s

Part Maintenance (Information for Parts, Drawing Links)
Outside Service Maintenance (Information for Outside Services)
Coordinating ongoing product changes
Complete EM based on engineering drawings
Check engineering drawing completeness

ENGINEERING KNOWLEDGE

Interpreting Drawings and Drawing BOMs
Understanding of Manufacturing and Assembly processes
Understanding of 2D and 3D CAD software
Close attention to detail
Occasionally acquire RFQ from suppliers

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

Ability to build familiarity with a variety of products and collections/series
