My clients have been established since 1974. They are specialised in the manufacture and supply of high-quality architectural features, façade systems and Rainwater management systems throughout the United Kingdom They are very busy and Now looking for them a Sales Estimator. Office based for the fast-paced manufacturing company, estimating architectural metal work components and assemblies, materials and processes including turret punching, routing, Press Brake Forming, Welding, Assembly together with obtaining costs from sub-contract suppliers for finishing operations. Customer liaison regarding pricing / lead times and delivery schedules.
Salary: £37,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm
24 days holiday + bank holidays

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:

• Previous manufacturing estimation / costing experience essential. (Sheetmetal / fabrication)
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• Computer literate, Microsoft office etc,
• Attention to detail a must.
  · Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  · Ability to understand and interpret technical Drawings.
  · Minimum of five years’ experience developing new business for construction related firms, additional years of experience may substitute for bachelor’s degree.
  Experience:
  Estimating: 2 years minimum (preferred)
